Payment, shipping and delivery information | Toofruit
In this section you will find information about payment and delivery of your orders.
Our e-boutique offers the full range of Toofruit products for home delivery or relay points.
You can also find them in our partner outlets near you, in the “Our points of sales” section.
Payment methods
To complete your order, there are two payment methods available:
- Payment by credit card, which redirects you to a secure payment area to protect all payment data.
- PayPal, which means you don’t have to give any bank details. All you need to do is enter your PayPal details at the time of transaction.
Shipping
When validating your basket, you will be able to select the shipping method (home delivery or relay point).
Orders are prepared and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after Friday 2pm will be dispatched the next working day.
Your parcel will be handled by the Chronopost carrier (express deliveries).
We ship to mainland France (excluding Corsica) and Europe (Netherlands – Denmark – Spain – Finland – Portugal – Greece – Ireland – Italy – Sweden).
For all home deliveries, Chronopost notifies you by SMS or email of the delivery slot for your parcel. If you are absent at the time of delivery, you can change the delivery slot. The parcel will be delivered to you against signature.
With Chrono Relais, you can take advantage of 11,000 relays and lockers in mainland France and over 42,000 relays in Europe.

Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Track the progress of your order at any time, thanks to the tracking number given to you after payment.
If you do not collect your parcel within the allotted time, it will automatically be returned to the sender, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning your order.

Our logistics site
Your orders are prepared with the utmost care at the STIO logistics site, 6 Boulevard Georges Marie Guynemer, ZAC Charles Renard, 78210 Saint Cyr l’Ecole.
We have invested in a cardboard shredder, enabling us to recycle our cardboard waste into cushioning material for your parcels.
Our warehouse is equipped with a computerized order processing and preparation system, which helps prevent errors.
